An automated checker that compares your image against the published photo requirements of US authorities, and a tool that performs file operations only — cropping, resizing, compressing, converting to JPEG and assembling a 4×6 print sheet. It runs entirely in your browser.
The free preview is watermarked and lower resolution. It remains free to use for checking purposes.
If your photo is rejected by the issuing authority for a reason this tool reported as compliant, we will refund you in full. Contact us with your order number and the rejection notice.
We do not refund for: rejection due to factors the tool explicitly flagged (a warning or retake recommendation that you chose to ignore), rejection due to rule changes after your purchase, or a change of mind after download.
Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; refunds are returned via the original payment method.
After payment, a link is emailed to you that lets you re-export your file for 24 hours without paying again. The link can be used a limited number of times. Keep it private — anyone who has it can export using their own copy of the photo.
The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. We are not liable for interruptions caused by hosting providers, browsers, or your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed application deadlines or travel costs.
The checker, its code and its written content belong to us. The photo you upload remains entirely yours — and since we never receive it, we claim no rights over it whatsoever.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your own country.
